By submitting an engraving request through our website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Custom Work

All engraving services are custom-made to your specifications. Please review your submission carefully—spelling, font choices, and placement instructions will be followed exactly as provided. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

2. Proof & Approval

In some cases, a digital proof may be provided upon request or for complex projects. Production will not begin until your approval is received.

3. Payment & Pricing

Final pricing will be provided after we review your request. Work will begin once payment is received in full (unless otherwise agreed). Quotes are valid for 14 days.

4. Turnaround Time

Estimated completion dates will be shared after approval. Rush jobs may incur additional fees.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of engraving, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds unless the error was made on our end.

6. Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork or design files, you confirm you have the rights to use and reproduce that content. We reserve the right to refuse any request that includes copyrighted or inappropriate material.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
