Refund Policy

All engraving orders are custom-made and personalized to your specifications. For this reason, all sales are final once production has begun.

Cancellations

• If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of submitting your request.

• If production has not yet started, we may be able to cancel your order and issue a full or partial refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

• Misspellings, incorrect details, or design choices submitted by the customer

• Change of mind after production has started

• Personalized items that have already been engraved

 

Our Responsibility

If we make a mistake in the engraving that differs from your submitted request, we’ll happily correct it or replace the item at no cost to you.
